Fun Day of Fitness Community Event

Join us, the Houston Bar Association, and Fit Houston for an incredible day of fitness and fun!

Location: Pursuit Center, 4400 Harrisburg Blvd, Houston, TX 77011
Lunch is included.

Wear comfortable clothes and shoes for outdoor activities!

What to Expect

Get ready to move, smile, and shine with your friends and family! Our community event features activities designed for all ability levels, including: Soccer, Bocce Ball, Chair Yoga, Softball, and Fun Walk.

Who can Attend

This free community event is open to everyone and specially designed for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and similar conditions, along with their families. All ages are welcome!
