Taking Aim at Barriers: Pursuit Center Clay Shoot Raises More Than 100K to Empower People with Intellectual Disabilities
HOUSTON, TX – Pursuit Center and Young Professionals in Energy Houston (YPE) once again proved that great aim can have great impact at their 13th annual Clay Shoot for a Cause. Hosted at the Greater Houston Sports Club, the event brought 140 shooters and supporters together for friendly competition and fellowship to raise more than $100,000 to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
Reprising his role as emcee, former ABC-13 sports anchor Adam Winkler kept the crowd energized, the pace moving, and the competitive spirit high from the first station to the final trophy.
